Making a Change?
Before starting any outdoor projects or exterior changes to your home, remember to submit a Design Request online and obtain written approval from the Association. Failing to do so may result in the removal of the work at the owner's expense. Approval typically takes less than three weeks, but the Committee has up to 45 days.
The Design Review Committee
The Design Review Committee oversees architectural and landscape improvements, as outlined in the CC&Rs. The Architectural Guidelines and the Landscape Guidelines interpret and expand on what is written in the CC&Rs. During Declarant control, the Design Review Committee has the authority to adopt, amend, or repeal these guidelines as needed. After Declarant control ends, this responsibility shifts to the Board of Directors. Owners are responsible for adhering to the most recent guidelines.
