Design Review/Architectural Request Form
Before starting any outdoor projects or exterior changes to your home, remember to submit a Design Request online and obtain written approval from the Association. Failing to do so may result in the removal of the work at the owner's expense. Approval typically takes less than three weeks, but the Committee has up to 45 days.

Once you submit the Design Review/Architectural Request Form, receive approval, and complete the improvement project, you must request a final inspection of your lot and improvements through this form per the CC&Rs, Architectural Guidelines, and Landscape Guidelines.
If a final inspection request isn't submitted within 150 days of plan approval, it will be considered late, and the deposit will be forfeited to the Association.
The Fulton Homes Escalante Homeowners Association Complaint Form simplifies reporting violations in the community. It requires detailed witness information, property address, observation dates, and the specific governing document section breached. All complaints must be submitted in writing using this form, as anonymous reports are not accepted, promoting transparency and accountability.
